    well i don't thing that it is a vaginal prolapse, i think that is an edema of vocal cords.

    i think its a vagina prolapse...its not larynx nor vocal cords couse the epithel is kornified..i dont know if i sID IT RIGHT

    hummm i don't know... it looks as a glotis with an epiglotitis...

    it is a very interesting case :D

    and in chronic cases it can be cancer

    hi friends
    itis not vaginal prolapse as some thought
    it is
    acute epiglottitis
    the epiglottis is enlarged and edematous which is high up in the picture
    and the vocal cords are normal
