    Ebstein anomaly is a congenital heart defect, in which tricuspid valve is displaced towards the apex of the right ventricle.

    clinically,
    S3/S4
    systolic murmur of tricuspid regurgitation
    right atrial hypertrophy
    R/ventricular conduction defects

    anatomic abnormalities,
    enlargement of anterior leaflet of TV
    50% associated with ASD / PFO
