    Buccal mucosa hyperpigmentation. Its on cause of Addisons disease.

    i found this image in 2 sources

    one says addison's Tolerance and Autoimmunity

    Another says mucosal vitiligo

    Psoria-Shield Types of Vitiligo

    And if u see closely there are areas of both vitiligo ( even the lip border/ vermilion border has some hypopigmentation ) and hyperpigmentation (suggestive of Addison's disease ) and both conditions are of autoimmune nature and can coexist in the same patient.

    Actually i was studying dermat and was on the topic of mucosal vitiligo and may be that influenced what i saw.

    I would have included McCune Albright in my differential for hyperpigmentation, but becos this seems to be auto immune in nature ( the combo of Addison's and vitiligo ), i would like to go for that combo.
