Raccoon eyes(periorbital ecchymosis)
Raccoon eyes + epistaxis--> basal skull fracture
B/L Panda Eye probably due to Basal Skull Fracture
Bilateral black eyes and epistaxis >>>>>> basal skull fracture ( anterior cranial fossa ).

How did this happened?Is this happen with accident and can you tell me that what is Raccoon eyes and epistaxis?

epistaxis= bleeding from nose
Raccoon eyes or Panda eyes=periorbital ecchymosis
Traumatic etiology most frequently, but sometimes other pathologies can lead to Panda eyes (neuroblastoma for instance). I hope I've answered your questions ;-)
