i think its chelosis i.e scaling and fissuring at angles of mouth.
it may be due to iron or multivitamin defficiency as apart of plummer vinson syndrome.
Could be PVS, mostly in women.
strong Nutrional deficiency and Genetic predeposition.
Presented as a triad of Dysphagia, Glossitis and Iron-def.anemia.
Pateint presents wih Dysphagia, Odynophagia, Atropic Glossitis and Angular Stomatitis; Red Glossy appearance of dorsum of the Tongue
