16 year old female. Pain in lower back, hips, neck, shoulders, and mid spine. Has frequent fainting and catatonic episodes which can be woken with painful stimulation. Has auditory and motor tics. Chronic fatigue. Minimal feeling In bladder and bowels. Commonly nauseous. Clean MRI, eegs, blood work, and x-rays. I'm looking for possible diagnosis
