Hello guys,.. I am here to this forum and i read out all the posts and all the posts very informational about healthy tips.But i think exercise, morning walk and swimming is the best solution for good active health and fitness.
Your advices are really excellent and I am following some guidelines of them, but I take coffee twice a day and I just didn't occurred any issue, it helped me to decrease my body weight and exhaustion.

Everyone wants to be healthy. There are many ways to be healthy. Exercise helps more to be healthy. Green tea is also best to be healthy.
It is must that we should give more importance to our health and always follow all the rules of health. I always prefer to eat only healthy food because it is helps to improve my abdominal system. Only exercise is not enough but proper exercise can give best result.
Some health care tips for better health are: Awake up in day. Go for day move. Do physical exercise. Eat better foods. Eat more clean fruit and raw clean vegetables. Participate in some sports. Avoid using tobacco, and taking. and take proper sleep.

Very informative information mentioned above regarding our health and i do believe that we are mostly do the list things in our life,at least i do 50% in the mentioned list above.But i thing more i want to share that more drink water during whole day is it ok?because i heard from many places that more and more drink water helps us to maintain,healthy body.It does't matter you drinks in night or morning.
Good Health is important for over life. So give importance to your health. Eat healthy and low fat foods. Eat high protein foods for better strength. Eat fruits and vegetables.
