Dear Waleed, Except this health tip agree with rest health tips. May I have some details of why not to drink coffee twice a day as I drink 3 cups of coffee daily. Like to add some more health tips here. Work out regularly and have a balanced diet plan. Keep experimenting, try new exercises to avoid routine ones and note what works for you .Stay close to people who are motivated and create healthy environment around you.
If our health is good then we can do work with more concentration so stay healthy do some exercise like jogging, aerobics, yoga etc and take healthy food. Good health can reduce stress, increase immunity, increase heart function and also increase flow of blood in body.
