Few days back I was studying about Iron deficiency. I was very confused in many of the concepts especially koilonychia and why it is seen in iron deficiency. Most of things like clinical manifestations, peripheral smear and labs were explained vaguely even in standard textbooks. I searched a lot on internet but could not find any tutorial that could clarify everything systematically. Today someone posted this lecture on reddit and it grabbed my attention. Though it seemed to be quite bulky in volume but when I started watching it. it was too enticing to be closed. Literally all about iron deficiency anaemia was discussed nicely with animations.
