A Laparoscopic Sterilisation was carried out that was unsuccessful. The surgeon took photos to show he had carried it out correctly. Although the Photo's are low qual, is there anything to suggest that the op wasn't performed correctly, are the fische clips in the right place? Any input is greatly appreciated.
