What is your diagnosis ?
Purpuric rash, possibly due to meningococcus sepsis.
I actually thought it could be congenital in nature, since there is malformation of the toes and possibly the lower extremities in general.. exact diagnosis, I have no idea...

Seems to be Hemangioma most likely...
