    Blind Loop Syndrome. Multiple GI operations, something is bound to happen. Low blood stats and wasting sure signs of absorption insufficiency. That rules out anything colon. Stomach ulcer .... not likely with a watery stool. Watery stool is more likely just mucus. Do a barium and you are sure to see the point of the problem. With multiple GI operations, you also have to worry about hernias (through the weakened abdominal wall at the incision lines). Those can get twisted around and cause blockages.
