What is your diagnosis ?
right sided trochlear nerve palsy
Strabismus; it can be a paralytic form, due to a brain disorder (problem in coordinating the eye) or associated with s syndrome (e.g. Kearns-Sayre syndrome).
right sided sixth nerve palsy
strabismus convergen paralytic type
