From this image, i can only say - Pes cavus or Talipes cavus
What does talipes mean ?
a congenital deformity in which the foot is twisted out of shape or position; it may be in dorsiflexion (t. calcaÂ´neus), in plantar flexion (t. equiÂ´nus), abducted and everted (t. valÂ´gus or flatfoot), abducted and inverted (t. vaÂ´rus), or various combinations (t. calcaneovalÂ´gus, t. calcaneovaÂ´rus, t. equinovalÂ´gus, or t. equinovaÂ´rus) .
