    1.Congenital cyanotic heart disease.
    2.Lung disease i.e. suppurative cause as bronchieactasis.
    3.Ulcerative colitis.
    4.Birth defect i.e. idopathic.
    5.Infection..(chronic suppurative condition)
    6.Neoplastic..i.e.Hodgkin,most commonly lung cancer.......
