RA - unlikely - no appreciable bone erosion (only one view so it's hard to say but nothing striking.)
PsA - unlikely - no periosteal bone formation or erosive changes typical of PsA.
Striking distal digit changes though makes it coinciding well w acrosteolysis.
Congenital shorten distal phalanges
