All cases posted by me are the actual cases seen in hospital. Clinical hx: Previously healthy of unknown PMH 34yr old AAM presented w progressive lower leg painful superficial hyper-pigmentation. One ulceration was noted to have non-purulent drainage. Biopsy done; results pending. Common lab panels show WBC 10k Hgb 10, Hct 28, platelet 285. Electrolyte grossly NL except BUN 50 and CRE 9.
