    well, the image could suggest a parotid tumor (but there are al lot of causes of unilateral enlargement, such as parotid duct obstruction vs. parotid abscess vs. chronic sialadenitis). I can't see well the x-ray, but if there are areas of osteolysis we could guess it's a mandibular tumor.

    There are osteolytic lesions but mandibula looks alright to me other than that, so it' s not a bone tumor most likely, though parotid tumor looks quite possible.
