    This woman came to our hospital with pain in her thumb. Pain becomes worse when she moves her thumb. FYI, she feels the pain after cleaning her daughter school uniform. What could be the diagnosis ?

    Yup, that's a right guess. the diagnosis was a corpus alienum deep inside the patient's right hand. After painstaking search for about 20 minutes in emergency room we found this :

    Looks like the patient's daughter just finished making some art project with her friends using needle and thread.
