Well i wanted to bust those myths and superstitious beliefs that are very much still prevalent among the masses.Espacially whenever i meet friends or relatives or visit somewhere i see people talking about it.I try my best to show and explain them what is a fact and what is not.

But with certain beliefs i still face some problems.Because they always ask for proof. And i need you all to contribute and help me out in this matter.

    I'll discuss those in here.

1-Drinking milk after eating fish causes severe skin problems.
The first time i listened that ,i went straight to my dermatology Head of dept.(as i was a medical student then) and asked about it,he along with his collegues rejected the idea and told me that it's a myth just like all others.I had myself studied it somewhere that it's just nonsence nothing like this happens if you drink milk after taking fish or food containing fish.

Is there any research or study available or done regarding this....just to bust this myth.I couldn't find any.... Any reference work will be very helpful.

I will discuss others later on.
    Regards.
