I have a relative in Germany. The process is quite different from the one posted here. You will first enroll at a school for the language then take another exam for the doctor program. The expense and everything will be covered by yourself. I don't think they will allow you to work and study at the same time nor thus the training have any compensation. If you have any other idea on the process and all please inform me thank you.
