I'd say Colles Fracture.
I guess the gap between os scaphoideum and os trapezium is not normal. (Torn lig. collaterale radiale?)
Also Colles Fracture is typicol in elderly but the epiphysal is still open.
fracture both radius and ulna .... distal parts
Colles fracture: fracture of distal radius with posterior displacement
Close Fracture both radius and ulna distal parts,gap between os scaphoideum and os trapezium!
