    pleural effusion of the left hemitorax... needs to be studied more profoundly, thus unilateral left pleural effusions are related to mallignant origins in some percentages :/

    looking like resolving pahase of left sided pleural effusion but xray is overexposure so it need to be further evaluated....

    lt. sided pleural effusion may be due to pancreatitis and may need test for amylase
