    A : Apert syndrome, with acrocephaly, mid face hypoplasia, gynecomastia and many acne vulgaris- attributed lesions, scapula hypoplasia, symmetric brackydactyly of all digits of the hands, incomplete dentition, lumbosacral hypertrichosis appearing as faun tail, and left-sided lymphedema
