Soon bone and teeth sequestrate. caused by : organisms of Vincent's stomatitis, namely Fusobacterium fusiforme and Borrelia vincenti. Common in : Africa, Asia and S. America, predominantly in malnourished children Predisposing factor : commonest is Measles, but gastroenteritis, typhoid, bronchopneumonia and kala azar may act as antecedents.
