    This is congenital ptosis in the right eye, and has lost perception ( sec to amblyopia - lazy eye ) - suggested by its axis that seems to have deviated in the direction of the stronger muscles ( innervated by CN3 ) and gravity.

    I don't think Myasthenia gravis will affect one eye so preferentially.
