    Irregular brown macule on both palms, looks like - Tinea nigra

    Doesn't look like melanoma

    Other differentials
    - nevus
    -dermatitis

    If diagnosis is in doubt, first thing is to scrape the edge of the lesion on to a glass slide and pour KOH, followed by examination under microscope. If u don't see the expected, then refer to smart dermatologist :wink:
