    in fact, presence of wrinkles, goes against the diagnosis of LMN type and sometimes when the wrinkles r really deep - the loss of wrinkling may be hard to appreciate, but u can ask the patient to elevate his eyebrows....in LMN type he will not be able to do so, but in UMN he will.
