    In differential. Its depend on mechanism of this damage. If it was trauma, its 4rd degree burn with carbonate fascitiis, profundal to bone. If it was infection its necrotizing fasciitis.

    Answer : Mostly electrical burn , DD includes Burn , Necrotizing Fasciities
