    My first instinct was mononmeuropathy of cranial nerve VII (i.e. bells palsy). However, both of her eyebrows look fairly symmetrical in a raised position, therefore it could be the effects of a cerebrovascular accident. Would be interesting to see if she can close her right eye completely or if her taste has been affected. Form the picture it doesn't look like she has a ptosis.
