kawasaki or scarlet (I don't think it's an esanthematic infectious disease because of the desquamation of the end, typical evolution of feet&hands oedema in Kawasaki's disease)
I think it's scarlet (if on the photo all the visual signs of case)
this most likely is acase of scarlet fever
