Suspicion of gynaecomastia.
If lab tests support hormonal disbalance,then gynaecomastia's confirmed. If not,USG should be performed,whereby an increased amount of subcutaneous adipose tissue in the pectoral areas might suggest pseudo-gynaecomastia!
