Pfeiffer syndrome (due to absence of syndactyly with short broad thumb and big toe with medial deviation), Apert syndrome (due to severe acne vulgaris), Crouzon syndrome (usually has no limb anomaly), Saethre-Chotzen syndrome (usually have external ear abnormality) ...
