    A young girl has dirorder of her finger. He has history of breathlessness.
    What sign of this pic? and what th most common of this sign?

    finger clubbing.

    In this case, there is possibly a COPD

    It's that true this clubbing finger, but not COPD. This case is young girl.... he had no history for smoking :)

    clubbing since it's a young girl probably a congenital cardiac defect, most likely right to left shunt like tetraolgy of fallot, tricuspid atresia, truncus arteriosus ETC.
