    I will like to add:
    1. the Doctor that does not look/touch the patient and does not let him speak.

    And

    2.the patient that comes with diagnostic and the treatment: because he looked it up in google.

    there are patients that think they must being prescribed at least one drug during every visit, even it's just a follow up

    the doctor who listens well to his patient, explains to him in a very simple way, don't panic his patient, don't ask for unnecessary tests, don't prescribe expensive unnecessary medications
