either aerobics or weight training done in aerobics style ( high reps low weight with very little time between sets ) will help reduce body fat ( not just belly fat )..there is no spot reduction; when on begins to lose fat - it start at areas away from the belly and then proceeds towards the belly i.e belly fat comes on first and goes last. The exercises above and planks will help firm up the abdomen, which is also imp and must be done simultaneously with aerobics, for best results. (Y)
