    last night i had a 2 y/o case with caracteristic lesions of chicken pox in caracteristic areas of body & psoriatic intertrigo in napkin areas,he had fever,malaise & pruritis. i didn t konw treat which lesion despite psoriatic lesions,it was a compelete chickn pox but how deal with them both?
