    If you are into yoga exercises for abs here's a list of more intense yoga positions that you can include in your fitness routines to develop your abs. These can definitely contribute in toning and shaping your stomach muscles.

    1. boat pose

    2. bridge pose

    3. belly crunch and half boat

    4. mermaid pose

    5. plank pose

    There are some useful yoga tips:
    Respect the limits of your own body.
    Use the Yogic smile meter.
    Breathe. Take deep long breaths or ujjai breaths.
    Respect and honor your yoga practices.
    Get the Yogic attitude. Go within.
    Observe.
    Meditate.
    Do Yoga on the Yoga Mat and Live Yoga off the Yoga Mat.
