dis zig-zag incision is better, than a straight cut-down. It exposes more surface area with one incision....allowing for rapid resolution of edema and there is the added advantage of closing the wound with lesser tension (Y) i wanted to mention this in my first post....but i thought i wud bore people, but since u asked.....(-:
