    This child presented with fever for 4 days. Not responding to usual antibiotics.
    What is this and your diagnosis?

    It shows Eschar in this child.
    Diagnosis is Typhus Fever. One of DD for PUO.
    Drug of choice for Typhus fever in children is Chloramphenicol.
