Which basic diet is best for reducing heavy weight?

    Which basic diet is best for reducing heavy weight? please someone share own thought to understand and apply it to reduced my weight...i am 28 years old and my weight is 85 kg.

    Hello Asianmartt,

    I advise you to start reducing your heavy weight by drinking more water, have a healthy and balanced diet and quit trashy junk food and get your body moved, indulge into some action and have a daily routine of workouts in order to cut a long way short in losing weight.

    Thanks Riham for your valuable reply ......actually most of things i did already that you describe except some physical movement but in a month i loose only 1 kg weight ...i am 28 years old and my weight is right now 85kg and my height is 5.6 feet....so i want to losse my weight at least 7 to 10 kg.
