    The narrowest portion of gitract is cricopharynx . Once any smooth object that has passed viacricopharynx will evenchually pass down in stools. So in this case it is clearly seen as coin and I dont want to remove by scope. It will come out be patient.

    Wishful waiting without intervention as long as pt is asymptomatic. Make sure pt receives good hydration. Unless, pt develops increased abdominal pain, bloody stool, constipation or constitutional symptoms. In most cases, what goes in on the top, comes out in the back. lol.
