i see a chip # of the vertebra and may b an incidental finding (-:
a second and stronger differential is - Limbus vertebra ( just read it, thx to u (Y) )
i went for chip # becos it is common in sports wer d psoas may contract violently, pulling off a piece of bone ex. in cyclists
wid direct trauma to the spine, an isolated chip # is not a possibility.
Yep, its Limbus vertebra.
Correct diagnosis :Limbus vertebra
This is a normal variant ,not an avulsion fracture.
