    a second and stronger differential is - Limbus vertebra ( just read it, thx to u (Y) )

    i went for chip # becos it is common in sports wer d psoas may contract violently, pulling off a piece of bone ex. in cyclists

    wid direct trauma to the spine, an isolated chip # is not a possibility.

    Correct diagnosis :Limbus vertebra

    This is a normal variant ,not an avulsion fracture.
