    There seems to be BHL, which could have many causes (e.g. infection (TB, mycoplasma), cancer (lymphoma), environmental (silicosis) and more).

    Also, I can't see the diaphragm on the left; this could be due to a pleural effusion (again with many potential causes).

    this is pleural thickening on the left hemithorax especially in the lower zone .possible diagnoses are Empyema ,Mesothelioma and ...
    CT should be done for this case
