fibrocavitary disease in the apices include tuberculous and nontuberculous mycobateria ,Histo and blast/occupational exposures
this is the underlying disease that sets the medium for Mycobacteria and Fungi to grow in the apex including also Aspergillus
D/D intrathoracic lymph node tb, focal tb of uper lobe right
