what is your medical diagnosis ?
Cardiomegaly with with COPD (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), May be CHF too as a DDX
Egyptian doctor is "playing games with your heart". (-: This is a pediatric X ray....just look at how the ribs are oriented ( almost horizontal as opposed to oblique in adults ) and it has to do something with the heart
Also In COPD xray...the diaphragm is flattened and the air trapping will result in hyperluceny. In this X ray any hyperlucency is courtesy...overexposure ( all the thoracic veretebrae are clearly visible )
Hint: The heart is boot shaped
I see something different docs like foreign object inhalation :w
i guess u r right...it looks like this child likes money ( it seems to be in the right bronchus ). I initially thought it was a chest lead P:
A lateral CXR is not required in this case..as it is definitely to the right and thus cannot be in the esophagus.
And I guess, if u look long enough at any infant Xray...it will look boot shaped.
I hope the child doesn't swallow this next
Egyptian doctor is surely playing with our hearts and minds :hhh:
It's a coin shaped foreign body
Pediatric x-ray. FBAO.
Separate names with a comma.
