    8 habits destroy your brain!

Stay away from the following habits, which are bad for your brain:

    Lack of sleep:

Despite the acceleration of modern life and the increase of work and tasks assigned to you, you must not give up the right hours of sleep every day! Previous studies have linked poor sleep to an increased risk of dementia and Alzheimer's.

So if you're having trouble sleeping, try to solve it by staying away from caffeine, using electronic devices in the evening, and organizing sleep schedules.

    Unity and social isolation:

We don't mean how many friends you have on social media like Facebook, but friendships and real relationships. People with small or large social circles are happier than those who isolate themselves from others. A scientific study found that social isolation and loneliness increase the risk of Alzheimer's.

The next time you feel lonely, call an old friend or go out to make new friends.

    Lots of fast food

Do you not have time to prepare a healthy meal at home? Do you always resort to fast food? If you are threatening your brain health! The focus on eating such foods reduces the efficiency of the work of the brain and helps speed up the process of aging.

    Binaural headphones

The use of earphones is necessary to keep up with the developments of the times, but these headphones may cause damage to your brain if they are at full volume, and it will also hurt your ears! Previous studies have linked hearing loss in the elderly to an increased risk of brain problems such as Alzheimer's.

The next time you put your ears on, make sure the volume is not raised to the maximum and try not to use it to listen to music for more than two hours.

    Laziness and lethargy

Are you coming back from office work exhausted and not able to move? Do you fast in front of the TV all night? If you have to be very careful and attentive to your brain health, the lower your physical activity, the higher the risk of developing dementia along with many other diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure.

    Smoking

I heard a lot about the harm of smoking, but it did not stop you from doing so, but did you know that smoking reduces the size of your brain and makes your memory worse and you are more likely to develop dementia than non-smokers?

    Overeating

You may sometimes notice a confusion in your brain when you are overeating, even if it is healthy! Eating too much food at once reduces the brain's ability to build strong networks that help you remember and think.

    The darkness

Do you like sitting in the dark and not going out to the sun? If your health may be compromised! Lack of natural light increases your risk of depression, which in turn affects your brain health!

Keeping your brain healthy from many diseases will ensure a more comfortable life as you age.
